Session Length: 30 minutes per session
Pricing:
  • Remote Support — $20 per 30-minute session
  • In-Person Support — $30 per 30-minute session

If your session runs longer than 30 minutes, additional time is billed at $10 per 15-minute increment, always with your approval.

Device Repairs

Free diagnosis on all devices to identify the issue before any work or cost is incurred.

From cracked screens and battery replacements to charging ports, game consoles, laptops, and more — We provide reliable, honest, and thorough repairs.

Specialized data recovery services are also available, starting at $100. If you do not provide your own storage device, a $10 storage fee will be added to cover supplying a medium to return your recovered data.

Pricing:
  • Labor: $25–$60 depending on complexity (routine repairs)
  • All parts are provided at exact cost with no markup.
  • Example: iPhone SE battery swap — $20 labor + $12.99 battery (our cost)

For advanced repairs or complex recoveries (logic board work, premium devices, extensive data recovery), we provide a clear, customized quote upfront before starting any work.

All repairs and recoveries include a 90-day warranty covering parts and labor for your peace of mind.

Tech Coaching

Personalized, one-on-one lessons designed to build your confidence and skills using your devices. Learn at your own pace with zero pressure, focusing on the topics that matter to you.

Session Length: 1 hour minimum
Pricing:
  • Remote Coaching — $40 per hour
  • In-Person Coaching — $60 per hour

Additional time beyond 1 hour can be scheduled or billed in 30-minute increments upon request.

Why longer sessions? Coaching sessions allow time for detailed instruction, questions, and hands-on practice to build lasting skills.

Care Plans

Save on frequent support with prepaid session bundles. Sessions can be used for Tech Support or Tech Coaching, and some plans allow sharing within your household.

• Basic Care — $75 for 5 remote sessions (just $15 per session)
• Community Care — $100 for 5 sessions (mix of remote & in-person, $20 per session)
• Family Care — $180 for 10 sessions (any combination, shareable within your household, $18 per session)

• First Responders: 15% off all services (badge/ID required)
• Seniors (65+): 15% off all services (ID may be requested)
